Application of Job Design Strategy for Businesses MSMEs Facing the New Normal Era

The process of determining an organization's purpose to achieve its goals using three approaches is known as job design, particularly enlargement, rotation, and enrichment. This study aims prove see how design can be used a strategy in the new normal era business improve quality human resources. adopted mixed-method research with quantitative qualitative approaches. Data was carried out through literature studies (reputable journals), questionnaires, in-depth interviews Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp applications. processing done by collecting data purposive sampling 164 respondents. managed SEM AMOS & Nvivo plus 12 Furthermore, on task significance, skill variety, autonomy, feedback, identity, potential motivation index based Motivating Potential Score (MPS). Finally, assessment Job Diagnostic Survey (JDS) produce score, namely low, moderate, or high motivation. findings this suggest that face for improving capital since there strengthening It strengthened achieving increases productivity, commitment, satisfaction reduces turnover intention, insecurity, work stress.
